Mobile Photo Art is very different from regular photography. Using a mobile phone is a conscious choice to show that from everyday things you can create extraordinary things.
Ellen’s art communicates her love for flowers and colors as she playfully uses light to capture them.
Rather than just a representation of what the eye beholds, each image is composed, cropped and edited with utmost care, giving her artwork this unique touch with a recognizable signature.

PAPER
Ellen has chosen to work closely with an excellent fine art print studio to ensure herself the proofing process and the best translation of her work from digital to actual prints. She has carefully selected two Fine Art papers that perfectly suit her work :
Baryté for a fine smooth surface and regular finish or Métallique with just a little bit more grain and a slight iridescent glow.
The latter will be to its best advantage while exposed to direct light. Both are luxury high quality papers that ensure Fine Art prints with beautiful depth and detail.
Under glass, Baryté would be the better choice though certainly not impossible with Métallique.
FINISHING
We highly recommend you to consult a local artisan framer to ensure the best framing and preservation for your acquisition.
Unless specifically asked by yourself, all prints are delivered with a technical white border around the edges so that it can be framed in a number of different ways to suit your taste and decor.
As an indication only, Ellen’s personal preference goes to unglazed, aluminium lamination with a shorter back frame for an elegant floating effect when hung.
LARGER SIZE
Especially for the larger sizes, please ask yourself if you have the necessary distance from your wall to fully appreciate the artwork.
